YY-706 双轴自动交换切台
用途
适用于BOPP/PVC/PE/美纹纸/PE泡棉/保护膜等之分切。
特点
1.主机传动部分：采用台湾AC马达搭配变频器作为切卷材料传动，加减速稳定快速。
2.中央控制单元：使用可程序中央控制，同轴中可设定十多种一次性自动转换切割，做到无人操作自动完成。
3.操作面板部分：操作接口采用7寸LCD触摸屏，可直接在屏幕上设定各种切卷条件及运转装况。
4.电机控制系统：中央控制系统为PLC可程式控制器，同轴中可设定多种尺寸，电脑于切割时自动调整切割宽度。
5.切卷定位系统：使用三菱伺服马达控制，高精度进口滚珠螺杆进行尺寸定位及使用线性滑轨承载刀座，定位动作**平顺。
6.进刀定位系统：使用台湾伺服马达控制进刀方式，可拟人化做两段式速度进刀切卷，提高效率并得到**好品质。
7.圆刀自动角度调整：使用进口步进马达计算圆刀角度转向，因应不同材料做不同角度变化(角度调整范围±8°) 当切割平面不佳时，可直接变换切割角度，可减少换刀次数，避免了手动调角度的麻烦，大大提高生产效率。
8.快速换轴装置：本机其有两种切割轴可供选用，采用快速换轴方式，因应不同材料需求。

YY-706 Full Automatic double Shafts Exchange Cutting Machine
Application:
Suitable for bopp, masking, foil tape, foam tape, pvc, pe, double sided, duct tape, sealing tape, non woven, cloth , etc.
Feature；
1. Main driving part: Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed.
2. Central control unit: Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting.
3. Operating panel: All functions are operated on the 7" LCD touch panel.
4. Motor control system: The central control system is PLC programmable controller.
5. Cutting positioning system: Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.
6. Blade feeding positioning system: Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.
7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Mitsubishi servo motoris used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°).
8. Auto exchange device: cylinder-driven position spline gear is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency.
9. Quick shaft change system: Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
