TLS型散热器是由紫铜管串铝片式的高效热交换器，它采用了选进的机械胀管和桥式波纹双翻边铝肋片结构。机械胀管使紫铜管与铝片接触紧密，桥式波纹使流体的紊流状态更好，大大提高了换热系数，先进的结构加上水路行程、管距、片距设计合理，从而具有良好的传热性能，空气阻力小，结构紧凑，重量轻等特点。它可广泛应用于空调制冷(蒸发器、冷凝器）、通风采暖、空气加热、染整烘干、除湿干燥工程等，特别适用于低温差表冷器的换热工况。
TLS型散热器换热元件采用φ16x1.0mm或φ10x0.5mm紫铜管串0.15~0.2mm厚铝片制成，有2.0~3.2mm多种片距，可满足不同工况需要。
耐压高达2.0Mpa，温度达185℃。

TLS type radiator heat exchange element uses Phi Phi 10x0.5mm copper on16x1.0mm or 0.15~0.2mm thick aluminum sheets, 2.0~3.2mm has a wide range ofdistance, which can meet the requirements of different working conditions.
