工作原理:

该机是一种高效的传导型连续干燥设备。此机通过传热壁传热给物料，部分蒸汽进入外壳和筒体内壁之间的环状空间，通过内壁对物料进行加热，冷凝水从底部疏水阀口排出；另一部分蒸汽进入主轴和盘管，对主轴和盘管进行加热，冷凝水从疏水旋转接头口处排出。物料随着轴的旋转，在轮叶和盘管的共同作用下得到充分的搅拌和混合，从而使物料同转轴、盘管表面接触最大。二次蒸汽从外壳的顶部汽室通过引风管道排出，管道内保持有微弱的真空度，使废蒸汽不致外泄，同时也避免吸收过多的冷空气。安装在主轴上的拨料板位于加热盘管之间，它既可以推动物料随向前运动，又有自洁作用，能清除轴、筒壁上的覆盖层，以保持良好的传热能力。
